Our precision machining arsenal includes AMETEK® Precitech, Inc.’s Nanoform 250 and Satisloh CNC grinding & polishing machines, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and consistency in our optical components.
In addition to precision machining, we utilize Magnetorheological Finishing (MRF) technology for ultra-precision polishing, achieving super-polished surfaces with nanometer-level accuracy.
Our commitment to quality extends to our measurement equipment, which includes the Taylor Hobson Ltd. Luphoscan® 260 and double-channel large-aperture Zygo interferometer with AOM - Arizona Optical Metrology LLC CGHs, allowing us to meticulously inspect and verify the quality of each component.
