Hitronics 1.5um passive Q-switch laser module, its specifications are single pulse energy 100uJ, pulse width 4ns, peak power 25Kw, repetition rate 10Hz, operating temperature -40℃~+60℃.
With our own patent technology, it is the highest single pulse energy of available commercial laser in current domestic market. Its high peak power, wide operating temperature and compact size are particularly suitable for the range finder system of laser.
According to customer’s requirement of different beam divergence, we’ll provide different optical module matching.
